Bookings and fees

Please use the booking form to get your event started - we will reply with current deposit, hire and bond rates by return email.
An non-refundable deposit is payable as soon as your event date is confirmed.
Hire fee and bond is payable 30 days prior to event. Bond is fully refunded the week following the event (providing all terms and conditions are met).

Venue facilities

The clubhouse accommodates up to 160 people seated or 100 with a dance floor area.
The bar is staffed by club members as part of the venue hire. With advance notice, we can accommodate any special requests for liquor supplies.
Payment at the bar is by EFTPOS or cash.
Our liquor licence calls for the bar to be closed by 11.00 pm.
We can liaise with your caterers, or recommend local options, as required.
Full kitchen and barbecue facilities are available on site.
Music is permitted, but we ask you to be aware of the immediate neighbourhood.
Provision for a barefoot bowls activity during your event can be arranged.

We recommend meeting with us in advance to discuss aspects such as seating preferences, linen/tableware and any other assistance that you may require.
